SWT36100H is an automatic cable tying system which could bundle objects diameters from 3mm to 18mm. The system consists of the vibration bowl, the host machine and a tool gun.
Features
1. Electrical operated, AC220V, 50/60Hz, Euro plug available. Pneumatic pressure: 5kg/cm³
2. Cycle time: 0.8S. It means that Bundling one cable tie takes 0.8S.
3. Automatic threading, pulling and tightening, cutting without hands operation.
4. Tension forces are adjustable.
5. Within the diameter 18mm, it could automatic bundle.
6. Use loose cable ties, T36100.
7. Be fitted to full automation line through adding a robot arm (customized).
8. The waste materials could be collected in a box or a tin.

The tool gun has two jaws. When you push the trigger, please let the up-jaws aim at the objects. It could bundle the fishing net, the camouflage net, plastic tubes, the wirings etc.
